10 Idaho potatoes, rinse very well, cut into 1/2 inch dices 4 tbsp. chopped cilantro
2 tbsp. coriander seeds
2 tsp. Garlic (chopped very fine)
1/2 tsp Ground Cayenne pepper and paprika mixed together
1/2 cup Fresh lemon juice
Salt and black pepper to taste
